Overview

JO&JOE Auckland is looking for its next Bar Manager to oversee the full bar operation, lead the team, and ensure an unforgettable guest experience as part of the Auckland opening team.

Mission

• Mission 1 : Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver exceptional service and create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for both locals and travellers.
• Mission 2 : Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards.
• Mission 3 : Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations in line with New Zealand laws.
• Mission 4 : Collaborate with the F&B Supervisor to develop creative drink menus, seasonal offerings, and promotional events.
• Mission 5 : Monitor team performance, provide training and coaching, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mission 6 : Drive revenue through upselling, community engagement, and innovative bar experiences that reflect the JO&JOE spirit.
