JO&JOE Auckland is looking for its next Bartender!

Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE, by being part of the Auckland opening team.

The Bartender will be responsible for the bars and restaurants, under the management of the F&B Supervisor.

Provide a warm, personalised welcome to customers and convey an excellent image of the establishment through your attitude and professionalism.

Take orders, collect cash, and prepare drinks in compliance with the operational procedures set up by the F&B Supervisor.

Maintain and clean the work area and the equipment and utensils used.

Monitor available stocks and anticipate orders by informing the F&B Supervisor in advance.

Comply strictly with hygiene procedures and rules specific to serving alcoholic beverages.

Increase sales by using additional sales techniques, managing your cash float effectively, and highlighting events organised within the establishment.

Assist with running food to guests, ensuring a seamless and friendly service experience.

Qualifications

A desire to learn and develop.

YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE :

Field of study : Restauration.

Professional experience : 1 to 2 years minimum.
