Job ObjectivesAs the IT Manager Singapore, you will be the focal point for the Singapore management team for IT related activities in the Warehouse & Office perimeter for Airbus Parts (Blue) Channel.
This means being responsible for all Airbus supplied IT Services for the Singapore Warehouse either from Airbus SAS or Airbus Singapore.You will be part of the global team of ITSM & Data Management and be leading the the IT team for local service delivery.Job ResponsibilitiesManage the team responsible for local IT service delivery including recruitment, performance evaluation and employee developmentOn behalf of Head of ITSM & Master Data at Satair, act as the Digital Business Partner for SATAIR Singapore and be the focal point for all Satair Singapore Digital activities : Serve as the interface between business stakeholders and Digital to collect requirements and feedback and ensure delivery of the value expected by businessEnsure that the Satair Digital Strategy is well anchored in Satair Singapore and that the business requirements from Satair Singapore is well anchored in Satair Digital StrategyDevelop, maintain, coordinate and execute the SATAIR digital roadmap for all Business Functions within SATAIR SingaporeDevelop, maintain and execute IT Governance for SATAIR SingaporeBe the coordinating link between SATAIR Singapore and SATAIR Digital & Information Management (ASD) and AIRBUS APAC Roof Digital and AIRBUS centralIn collaboration with Airbus APAC Roof Digital and SATAIR Digital & Information Management, develop, maintain, coordinate and execute the SATAIR roadmap for Infrastructure and Operations covering SATAIR SingaporeCoordinate implementation of global applications within SATAIR Singapore and ensure the local footprint in the global solutionsSpecify, implement and operate new local applications / solutions relevant for digitalization specifically in SATAIR SingaporeDrive Operational stability of IT services and ensure relevant reporting to SATAIR Singapore stakeholdersRepresent SATAIR Singapore in the Airbus APAC Roof Information Security community / Security PartnerSecondary ResponsibilitiesDrive continuous improvement and activates for his / her function proactivelyReport and communicate on his / her function performance to his / her businessJob RequirementsExperience in Digital leadership position & people managementAt least 5 years of experience in Project / Program ManagementAt least 5 years of experience with Business Relationship Management and Stakeholder ManagementSpecific experience from IT Operations, ERP Operations and / or Information Security Operations is a plusStrong stakeholder management skillsStrong collaboration and coordination skillsStrong people management skillsGood knowledge in logistic processes including warehousingGood knowledge of call center / contact center solutionsProjects and Services Management skillsStrong communication (oral and written), interpersonal and facilitation skillsFluency in English is mandatoryGood understanding of IT infrastructure and operations, including ITSM processesGood understanding of ERP functionalityGood understanding of Information Security landscape
