About The Role
As our new Quality Business Partner , you’ll work alongside our regional operations and clinical teams to lead quality improvement and compliance initiatives across our care centres in the Christchurch region. You’ll be a key influencer; driving excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and embedding safe, person-centred clinical care practices.
This role is ideal for someone with strong healthcare experience who thrives on collaboration, mentorship, and the challenge of improving systems for better outcomes.
