  • Demonstrate a sound learning behaviour of the systems leadership theory
  • Flexibility to learn and adapt to new methodologies and ways of working
  • Champion values-aligned, facilitations (e.g. workshops, training etc)
  • Work collaboratively to ensure new frameworks and approaches are adopted

    About You

    You’ll bring a diverse range of experience and background in analysing problems, enabling change, and supporting innovation. You’ll enjoy connecting people, processes, and systems, and developing your skills in response to business and community needs. As we work on a breadth of projects and initiatives, your interest will lie in the realm of organisational outcomes and customer needs.

    To Enjoy This Role, You’ll Have

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Business
  • Experience in analysing and implementing business processes, information systems, and enabling change as part of a cross functional team
  • Experience in business analysis, production of business cases, impact assessments, and requirements documentation
  • Ability to develop strong effective relationships across all levels of the organisation
  • Experience in guiding strategic change across diverse services and stakeholder groups
  • Proven results with problem and outcome definition and change delivery
  • A knowledge of systems leadership theory, intervention theory and project methodologies is desirable
