Overview

Working hours : Mon to Fri Office hours

Salary : Up to $6,000 / month

Location : Queenstown

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee research projects from start-up to completion
Develop study protocols and statistical analysis plans
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses using statistical software (e.g., STATA, SPSS, NVivo)
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and local regulations
Supervise junior researchers and mentor staff
Prepare scientific manuscripts and disseminate research findings in international journals
Write proposals for new grants and funding opportunities
Conduct comprehensive literature reviews, including systematic reviews
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and research partners to support study objectives

Qualifications

Min. PhD in Public Health, Health Services Research, or related field

Min 2 years of relevant research experience with strong project management skills

Proven leadership and management capabilities in clinical, public health, or health services research

Expertise in quantitative research methods; qualitative research experience is a plus

Proficient in statistical and qualitative data analysis software (STATA, SPSS, NVivo)

Strong scientific writing skills with publications in peer-reviewed journals

Ability to lead research projects independently and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams

Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
