Graduate Commercial Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

Overview

About the role : Contribute to the technical heart of the organisation by delivering accurate quotes and schedule of quantities. This is a full time, permanent opportunity, with the ability to grow. You will be based at our Koromiko Street site. Key responsibilities and duties are :

Responsibilities

• Compile quotes for tenders and closed sales
• Compile accurate schedule of quantities by researching information, investigating details, and liaise with suppliers and factory operations
• Create and submit purchase orders
• Maintain a steady flow of finalised job hours for the factory
• Communicate with sales and site measuring staff
• Scope projects from shop drawings and specification
• Communicate effectively with project managers
