You'll help translate complex technical requirements into clear plans, ensure projects stay on track, and work closely with engineers and stakeholders to deliver solutions that are robust, scalable, and built for trust.This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building systems that matter — particularly in areas of privacy, security, and reliability.What You'll DoLead and coordinate technical projects across engineering, infrastructure, and product teams.Ensure secure and compliant delivery of mission-critical systems for government and enterprise clients.Identify process gaps and implement data-driven, automated solutions to improve delivery efficiency.Collaborate with developers and architects to design and maintain scalable, encrypted platforms.Manage dependencies, risks, and milestones — from concept to deployment.Support continuous improvement by analysing workflows and driving technical optimisation.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering — or equivalent practical experience.Proven experience leading technical or software-focused projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of secure systems architecture, data protection, and encryption standards.Familiarity with version control systems (Git), CI / CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, or Asana).
