Job description

About Docuvera

We’re on a mission to help the life sciences industry harness the power of digital innovation, accelerating access to life-changing treatments and enabling them to raise the bar for safety, quality, and care.

Docuvera is used by some of the world’s largest organizations to enable reuse, reassembly and multiformat consumption of mission critical content. Our platform empowers life sciences organizations to drive digital transformation through efficient, compliant, and multiformat content creation. They leverage a component first approach where content is broken down, easily assembled into documents, and reused across their organization.

Headquartered in Wellington, New Zealand, our distributed team work across New Zealand, Asia, the UK, Europe and the United States, with customers throughout the world. As of May 2025, we are now a member of the cormeo family of companies.

The part you\'ll play

You’ll be a detail-oriented and customer-focused Product Manager who will own Docuvera’s integration strategy. You’ll develop and manage a catalog of supported integrations – including out-of-the-box connectors to leading enterprise systems (such as Veeva Vault, RIMS, DMS, SCIM, MuleSoft, and AEM) – and ensure our APIs and integration patterns are robust, scalable, and consumable by clients and partners.

You will engage directly with customers, system integrators, and third-party providers across sales, onboarding, and implementation journeys to define requirements, set expectations, and deliver successful outcomes. By building integrations into packaged, reusable capabilities, you will extend Docuvera’s reach across enterprise systems and strengthen our role within customer technology landscapes.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the integration product roadmap, aligning customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
  • Build and maintain a catalog of supported connectors and APIs, documenting functionality, limitations, and hand-off points.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to support pre-sales engagements, providing clarity on integration capabilities and expectations.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and integrators to coordinate joint projects and ensure alignment on technical requirements.
  • Oversee integration delivery milestones, including estimates, SOWs, technical design documents, and customer reviews.
  • Partner with Engineering, QA, and Customer Success to ensure integration projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Track integration support requests, prioritize issues based on business impact, and communicate roadmaps and resolutions internally and externally.
  • Monitor integration adoption and performance metrics to guide continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product management or related roles, ideally with SaaS integrations or enterprise software.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi), and enterprise systems (CRM, DMS, RIMS, identity management).
  • Experience managing external vendor or partner relationships.
  • Background in Life Sciences, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts simply.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
