About The Role

As Head Grounds Person, you will lead our team on site to deliver the work, while being a key point of contact for the Operations Manager from Ventia and the client representatives who are based on site at the school.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Grounds Person who will be responsible for all maintenance of sports fields, cricket wickets, hard surfaces, lawns and gardens.

Qualification in Turf Management or Horticulture

Organised, proactive, and able to work independently

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to work autonomously and make decisions day-to-day is important

Experience managing a team of people as well as subcontractors

Excellent knowledge of groundskeeping equipment and techniques
