We are committed to strengthening the wellbeing, independence, and capability of individuals, whanau, families and communities across New Zealand.About the role - Mo te tungaAs a Work Broker, you will : bring a solid understanding of employment / recruitment - where you will proactively build and maintain professional relationships with Wellington employers across multiple sectors / industryidentify and find the right employment opportunities / vacancies for our Candidates - this means you will have experience in matching jobs to skills / experience, knowledge, and attitude to open and current vacancies.
You will do this through cold calling, networking, and using platforms to identify the right jobs for our candidates across Wellingtonadvocate for our candidates and promote their skills to potential employers - supporting both the candidate into sustainable employment through coaching and confidence while also supporting our Employers with additional employment services products to strengthen long-term placementswork collaboratively with our Employment Case Managers and Service Centre colleagues to ensure seamless and efficient transition of candidates towards sustainable employmenttravel across the greater Wellington Region as required (clean driver's licence essential).
