The Commercial Manager plays a pivotal role in driving new business growth while ensuring strong account management to enable Aramex New Zealand to achieve its ambitious growth targets.
This position requires a strategic approach to acquiring high-value regional and national accounts, developing long-term client relationships, and collaborating with franchise partners to enhance Aramex's market presence and service offering.Key responsibilitiesBuild and maintain customer relationships with a selected portfolio of Multi Branch Customer accounts.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Aramex's market presence.Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth.Provide on-site customer support as required and manage call cycles for regular customer reporting / communications.Provide in-field sales support and training to the Regional Franchisees and their respective sales resources as directed by the National Sales Manager (NZM).
