We're looking for someone early in their career, perhaps a recent graduate or someone with a few years' experience, who's ready to make their mark in construction.

You don't need to know everything yet - what matters most is your writing ability, your curiosity, and your drive to learn.

Responsibilities

Work as part of our friendly and energetic Wellington team (average age early 20s)

Help craft compelling bids and submissions for projects ranging from $10m to much larger

Use your writing skills to tell the story of why Naylor Love is the right choice for our clients

Explore new tools and approaches (including AI) to keep us sharp and innovative

Collaborate closely with our experienced preconstruction and project teams

Qualifications

Strong written communication skills - you enjoy writing and know how to make it clear and engaging

A quick learner who picks things up fast and enjoys problem-solving

Someone curious, adaptable, and open to shaping the role as they grow

Previous experience or internships (construction, communications, or related fields) are great, but not essential
