Mo te tunga | About the roleOur Operations Advisers are part of a team who are responsible for providing electronic monitoring services 24 / 7 to 6,000 defendants and offenders in New Zealand, using contact centre platforms and GPS technology.The environment is fast paced, and energetic and our tight-knit teams are busy, focused and committed to keeping the community safe.Nga pukenga me nga wheako | Skills and experienceIn this role, no two days are the same.To be successful in this role you will have :
Experience communicating over the phone / email with people from different backgroundsGreat critical thinking, and problem solving with sound judgementStrong computer literacy skills and the ability to multi-taskResilience when dealing with challenging situationsOpenness to change, with a 'can do' attitudeHigh integrity and professionalismAn ability to work from home if / when required for business continuity purposesNga painga | The benefitsThe midpoint of the salary range is $74,902 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $68,345 - $80,238 per annum.Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
Those new to the role will begin on the starting salary of $68,345.
In addition to your salary, you will receive a shift allowance of $2,000 per annumYou will receive a paid 30-minute lunch break, where in other organisations your lunch breaks are unpaidYou could have better work-life balance!Each week your total working hours can differ; ranging from 28.5 to 47.5-hours, however, you will always be paid for 40-hours (see the roster attached to this advert)
