About 80% of your time will be spent on the warehouse floor, working alongside the team.
You'll be right in the thick of things — setting the pace, keeping standards high, and making sure customers get the right products, on time, every time.Your day-to-day will include : Overseeing Footcom's core business and contributing at a leadership team level to the ongoing development of the overall business including ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality deliveryRolling up your sleeves to help with stock, dispatch, invoicing, and problem-solving.Using Lean tools to make small improvements every day — stand-ups, visual processes, smarter routines.Freeing up the owner to focus on sales and growth by keeping the engine room humming.About YouWe're not after someone who just manages from the sidelines.
We want a leader who's happiest getting amongst the team, working side by side, and showing by example what good looks like.You'll be a great fit if you : A strategic thinker with proven experience leading operations, setting goals, and contributing at a leadership level.Take pride in high standards and pay close attention to detail.Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Stay calm under pressure and can think on their feet.Enjoy leading people and bring positive energy to the team.Are open to feedback, adaptable, and eager to learn.Have the stamina to be on your feet and handle the physical demands of warehouse work.Experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing leadership would be great, but it's not essential.
