About the Role - Korero mo te Turanga
This role leads improvement initiatives across finance systems, with a strong focus on TechOne and continuous enhancement.
You'll manage multiple projects in a fasted paced environment working closely with key stakeholders across Finance and Procurement to roll out Ministry-wide enhancements such as process automation and online tools.
The role will be key in identifying and delivering improvements to finance-related systems and processes.
This includes analysing current operations to uncover opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness, leading initiatives that enhance system integrity and accessibility, and driving continuous improvement through structured methodologies.

Our Wellington-based team of approximately six reports to the Finance Controller and ultimately to MPI's CFO.
