About The Role
This is an ideal temporary contract for someone who enjoys problem-solving, providing excellent user support, and working in a fast-paced IT environment. You’ll be joining a reputable brand and a team that values professionalism, collaboration, and great service. You will be providing services to external users – so above all else, customer service is at the core of this role!
What You’ll Be Doing
This role is night shifts between 7am–7pm, with shifts of 9 hours on a 5-days-on, 3-days-off roster (360 hours total within a nine-week period). Due to the fast-paced, full-time nature of the role, it isn’t suitable as a secondary role for people working full-time day shifts.
About You
Are you an experienced IT support professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re seeking a confident, capable Level 1 Service Desk Analyst with at least 1 year of commercial experience to join this service desk team immediately.
Have a passion for IT / relevant IT studies and customer service / call centre experience (2+ years)? We are looking for customer-centric, reliable team members with proven technical aptitude – so this is a great opportunity to use those skills in a practical Service Desk environment.
This role sits in a busy enterprise team, so reliability and dependability are key, as is the ability to work with a team and a great attitude. You will be communicating with a range of stakeholders – effective communication, professionalism and patience with users is essential.
