we're looking for a detail-focused, reliable
Fleet Administrator
with a practical mindset to provide outstanding customer service and top-notch admin support. You'll play a key role in keeping our fleet running smoothly and ensuring Fulton Hogan remains a step ahead on safety and compliance.
In a
ddition to the above you will :
Overseeing vehicle and plant admin—meter readings, regos, RUC checks, compliance paperwork and fuel cards.
Maintaining accurate records across fleet management systems (Maximo, JDE, K2), supporting audits and reporting.
Managing FBT processes, purchase orders, month-end accounting and general office admin.
Supporting asset transfers, disposals, procurement, and delivering process improvements.
Providing accounts and reception backup as needed.

We're
looking for someone with :
Strong data entry, computer and Microsoft Office skills; JDE experience is a plus.
Great planning, organising and time management abilities, with an eye for detail.
A practical approach, pride in your work, and a 'can do' attitude.
Teamwork, reliability, and strong communication skills.
