Award-winning, Azabu has long been a mainstay in the Ponsonby dining scene alongside our beachside location in Mission Bay . The menu combines Nikkei-influenced dishes and modern Japanese with an emphasis on the fun and the interesting. Azabu is an unassuming spot behind tinted windows in a quiet section of Ponsonby quietly winning awards and creating devotees.
The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals to step into the role of Chef de Partie at our Ponsonby venue! Ideally, you will have at least 2 years of experience in a comparable role. The ability to work well under pressure, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests are must! You would need to be comfortable with working at a busy hot line section. Experience in Japanese cuisine is a bonus.
