Au Mahi | What You Will Do
We're looking for an experienced Release Specialist to join our team and lead the release and deployment of the Workday platform and its integrated applications.
This is your chance to make a real impact on UC's future digital space.
You will have critical responsibility for :
Planning, coordinating, and executing Workday releases across multiple workstreams
Ensuring the smooth, secure, and efficient deployments that minimise disruption and maintain system stability
Working closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Digital teams to deliver exceptional operational support
Driving continual improvement in release management processes and champion automation opportunities
Quickly building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Mou | Who You Are
You will have 5+ years' experience in IT, including 2+ years in ERP platform / release management, as well as :
Strong understanding of release management principles and Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
Ability to manage complex deployments and troubleshoot effectively
Bachelor's degree in Computing or related discipline (NZQA Level 7)
