Au Mahi | What You Will Do
We are seeking two creative and motivated Events Coordinators to join the UC Communications, Marketing & Events team.
One role is a permanent position, and the other is a fixed-term role covering parental leave until December
Both roles play a vital part in delivering impactful events that support student recruitment, retention and stakeholder engagement.
You will design, plan, coordinate and execute events and engagement activities, including conferences and sponsorship events.
You will manage the end-to-end delivery of events, liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners, manage expectations, and ensure an excellent attendee experience.
Mou | Who You Are
Experienced Event Coordinator with at least 3 years of event planning, project management and stakeholder engagement experience and a relevant Bachelor's degree.
Strong creativity, problem-solving, customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
Proficiency with project-management software is a plus.
Competence in te reo Maori and tikanga is highly valued.
