What you'll do
Lead the performance, optimisation, and supplier relationships of our automated systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement during a key transition phase.
Lead and develop on site team of technical capabilities of automation to maximise system performance.
Partner with operations and automation suppliers to deliver performance improvements, optimisation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure automated systems consistently meet throughput, efficiency, and functional requirements through proactive planning and monitoring.
Manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers, providing clear performance updates and alignment.
What you'll bring
Practical reliability, operations and continuous-improvement experience, plus the analytical and stakeholder skills to drive automation performance in a fast-paced eCommerce dark store environment.
Proven experience in equipment reliability, maintenance management, and continuous improvement within automation environments in eCommerce.
Hands-on exposure to automated systems (e.g., Knapp) with strong supplier and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving ability, including Excel modelling, service performance analysis, and clear process documentation.
Demonstrated success leading technical teams and driving cross-functional change and continuous improvement in matrixed environments.
A commercial yet detail-focused mindset, with excellent communication, planning, and influencing skills—resilient, organized, and integrity-driven.
