About The Role

Join the Land Development Team in our Project Delivery Unit and help deliver engineering services that support land development across the district. This is a full‑time, permanent opportunity for a motivated and experienced engineer to contribute to sustainable growth in a thriving district.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering advice to the Planning Unit on resource consent applications.
• Review development designs and engineering plans.
• Undertake audit inspections of engineering works on‑site to ensure compliance with resource consent conditions.
• Collaborate with developers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
