What you'll do

• Lead the performance, optimisation, and supplier relationships of our automated systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement during a key transition phase.
• Lead and develop on site team of technical capabilities of automation to maximise system performance.
• Partner with operations and automation suppliers to deliver performance improvements, optimisation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure automated systems consistently meet throughput, efficiency, and functional requirements through proactive planning and monitoring.
• Manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers, providing clear performance updates and alignment.
