As our Integrated Trading Calendar Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and embedding the operational rhythm that aligns our commercial and operational activities across Farmlands.
This newly created role leads the development and governance of Farmlands' Annual Trading Rhythm Framework, ensuring all trading and operational activities are coordinated, measured, and executed to plan.
You'll work cross-functionally with leaders across Sales, Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to ensure visibility, accountability, and performance alignment.
In the role you'll :
Design and implement the Annual Trading Rhythm Framework as a core part of Farmlands' operating model
Establish governance models and cadences that connect strategic planning with execution and performance
Facilitate cross-functional forums, calendars, and critical paths to ensure trading activities are launched successfully
Develop reporting tools that provide visibility of current and future status, enabling proactive adjustments
Lead post-activity reviews to identify continuous improvement opportunities
Support the GM Integrated Business Planning with S&OP cycles

You're a strategic operator with a knack for simplifying complexity and driving alignment.
You bring :
Proven experience in framework development, governance, or operating rhythms in a multi-channel business
Strong leadership and influence across B2B and B2C environments
Deep knowledge of operating cadence, governance frameworks, and cross-functional planning
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in project management and the rural sector (desirable)
Tertiary qualification in business or a related field (desirable)
