As a Senior VisionPlus Business Analyst, you will help shape innovative, customer-centric solutions that align with our industry-leading vision.

Role & Responsibilities

Strong understanding of card scheme regulations, including BaseI / Base II messaging, dual-message flows, and tokenization impacts.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and systems analysts to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and design software solutions that meet those needs.

Interpret Visa and Mastercard scheme interchange tables to ensure compliance.

Review code written by developers to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and overall quality.

Participate in crisis management and recovery for high-priority incidents in production.

Engage in high-level estimation and resource planning.

Coordinate among multiple stakeholders from internal and external systems to deliver end-to-end solutions that are customer-centric and aligned with the bank's vision and enterprise solution guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in business analysis within the financial services sector.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in requirement gathering tools and modeling techniques.

Experience with risk and compliance frameworks related to card processing is preferred.
