Reporting to the Manager Business Insights, Customer Design and Innovation branch within the Te Whakatairanga – Service Delivery business group, this is an integral role to helping the business uncover insights, measure the impact of our services and make evidence-based decisions.You will be working with branches in TWSD to understand their business and help them make decisions through use of data and insights.
