IParticipate in crisis management and recovery for high-priority incidents in production.Participate in high-level estimation and resource planning.Coordinate among multiple stakeholders from internal and external systems to perform end-to-end solutions which should be customer-centric, and align to Bank's vision & enterprise solution guidelines.Let's talk about your capability and experience7 + years of hands-on experience in VisionPlus issuing and / or acquiring.Hands-on experience in VisionPlus development and production batch supportGood understanding of VisionPlus batch and online architecture.Hands-on experience with VisionPlus modules i.e. CMS, FAS, TRAMS, SSC, LTS and / or MBS.Conduct Production Support - manage incidents, problem records, tracking SLAsA good understanding of Agile methodology and hands-on experience in JIRA and Confluence tools.Added advantage of having Schemes (Visa, MasterCard & UPI) issuing and acquiring knowledge.Added advantage of having card personalization and PIN Management knowledge.Added advantage of having Endeavour, TRAMS AG, SAS, Control M, and Control D tools knowledge.Added advantage of having an understanding of the Cloud and having industry certifications for AWS, GCP, and Azure.When you join Capgemini, you don't just start a new job.
