About the role

As a Senior Developer you will create customer-centric technical solutions that enhance ACC's ability to deliver high-quality products.

You will be part of our Digital Value Stream, supporting and developing technology solutions that improve ACC websites.

Your work will focus on delivering reliable, secure, high-performance web experiences using SAFe / Agile practices.

Develop and maintain software systems according to ACC's quality controls and standards.

Test solutions for functional and operational correctness.

Design and plan work to meet team objectives.

Collaborate with cross-disciplinary team members.

Communicate progress, goals, and problems.

Stay current with industry developments that can enhance ACC's solutions.

About you

Experienced in Agile environments; comfortable with Scrum and sprint planning.

Mentor and coach teammates, supporting continuous learning.

Adaptable, willing to help and learn new technologies.

Strong development skills in languages and frameworks similar to those used at ACC, including :

Front-end : CSS, JavaScript frameworks (React, TypeScript, Redux, Bootstrap, Sass, Jest).

Back-end : Java 8+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, transactional SQL, Maven.

Experience with enterprise platforms such as OpenShift / Kubernetes, web APIs, SQL databases, and build & deployment pipelines.

Solid understanding of SOLID, REST, web accessibility standards, networking principles, and automated testing (TDD / BDD).

Knowledge of SASS / LESS, Bootstrap, Elastic Cloud, Azure DevOps is a plus.
