With a current asset portfolio of $2.2 billion funds under management, our team are industry experts that oversee all aspects of investment, commercial property management and facilities management within our extensive portfolio.The OpportunityMackersy Property is looking for an Investor Relations Manager to join the business in Tauranga, Auckland, Christchurch or Queenstown.What We're Looking ForThe Investor Relations Manager will play a critical role in securing equity capital, primarily from wholesale investors to fund both new acquisitions and existing property syndicates.

It is preferable to have a successful track record in equity raising, building strong relationships, financial markets experience with an understanding of commercial property.

You will have sound commercial acumen and ideally have a network of wholesale investors with the ability to connect and engage with HNWIs, family offices, wealth managers and institutional advisors.

On offer is the ability to drive and facilitate the equity raising process for new and existing investments whilst increasing market exposure for Mackersy throughout New Zealand targeting growth sectors.
