Investment Manager – Renewable Energy (New Zealand)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our client's core team in New Zealand. You will play a key role in M&A, greenfield development, and project finance for renewable energy projects. While your primary focus will be on New Zealand, you will also support investment opportunities in Australia and Southeast Asia , contributing to regional growth and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models for investment projects
- Lead M&A planning and project finance structuring
- Evaluate and analyze investment opportunities
- Negotiate with suppliers, financial advisors, and financial institutions
- Prepare materials for Investment Committee
- Support contract review and negotiations
- Monitor existing projects and explore new business opportunities
