We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join our Support Office in Ponsonby. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this role is a pivotal business partner to entity CEOs and senior leadership teams across UP Education. You will be a trusted advisor, providing real-time financial insight, reporting, and analysis that drive confident decision-making and sustainable growth.
This role involves a blend of financial planning & analysis and core reporting . You’ll take ownership of monthly management accounts and play a strategic role in budgeting, forecasting, and supporting leaders with clear financial insights that shape business performance.

Qualifications
You are an experienced finance professional (CA qualified preferred) with at least 5 years of financial accounting experience. You bring strong FP&A skills alongside month-end reporting expertise, with proven capability in Excel and ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365). You are analytically strong, commercially minded, and thrive on partnering with leaders to influence outcomes.
This is a senior role where your financial expertise and leadership will directly shape the performance and sustainability of one of Australasia’s leading private education providers.
