About the Role

Senior Functional Consultant - Salesforce is an exciting role where you will leverage your hands-on experience to spearhead the implementation of Salesforce solutions ensuring they meet our customers’ strategic goals. Leveraging your deep functional expertise and hands-on experience, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, and ensure successful delivery across the Salesforce ecosystem. This will often involve you collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, participating in pre-sales activities and serving as a subject matter expert in bid engagements.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the implementation of solutions for high-profile clients while fostering strong, trustworthy relationships that establish long term partnerships.
• Conduct business analysis, design solutions, and facilitate client workshops.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and influential leader, guiding customers through complex business transformations while mentoring team members in technical excellence and professional growth.
• Apply industry best practice to confidently configure enterprise-grade solutions.
