You will work closely with the physician-owners, senior management and wider practice teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while driving innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth.With dedicated senior managers overseeing Nursing, Admin and Shared Services reporting into this role, the successful applicant will require an approachable, modern leadership style that fosters strong engagement across all teams.
