Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Silverdale MedicalAbout Silverdale MedicalHealthForce NZ is delighted to partner exclusively with one of this country's largest and most successful healthcare practices, Silverdale Medical, to secure their next Chief Operating Officer.As Silverdale Medical continues on their exciting journey of growth and innovation, we are focused on identifying a high-performing, modern leader who will help strengthen this crucial healthcare provider's overall impact on the Hibiscus Coast community.Silverdale Medical is a cornerstone-accredited, forward-thinking practice delivering excellence across four core clinical domains : General Practice, Urgent Care, Clinical Trials, and Skin Cancer Medicine.With purpose-built facilities and a commitment to innovation, they serve over 24,000 enrolled patients and operate 365 days a year, offering both booked and walk-in services.The team includes 10 physician-owners, all Fellows of New Zealand medical colleges, who pride themselves on a truly collaborative, teaching-oriented culture that supports continuous professional development and best-in-class patient care.The OpportunityAs COO, you will report to the ownership group and will be responsible for all facets of the strategic and operational leadership of the practice.

You will work closely with the physician-owners, senior management and wider practice teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while driving innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth.With dedicated senior managers overseeing Nursing, Admin and Shared Services reporting into this role, the successful applicant will require an approachable, modern leadership style that fosters strong engagement across all teams.
