Our ICT Contracts, Asset and Relationship Management team sits within the Digital Services and Operations group. Within our team we are proactive in managing the contract lifecycle and the relationships with our technology suppliers. We are taking a different approach to tracking our consumption of technology services with the goal of creating transparency that enable financial sustainability.
As an Insights Analyst in our team, you will be hands on in working with our business, fostering supplier
relationships, and furthering our work on our journey towards actionable and proactive insights.
Combiningknowledge of financials and ICT environments you will use tools like Power BI to tell compelling stories about our ICT spend and savings. You will use tools like R studio to automate ingestion process to make the process more robust and repeatable. This role will require you to be detail focused, flexible, and creative to tailor your reports to your audience by understanding their needs. You will take technical speak and raw data and turn it into something that can quickly and easily be understood by people at all levels within our business.
About you
You will be experienced in data mining, data cleansing, data visuals. You will be expected to build and foster
relationships with not just your team, but internal and external stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you will need to walk the line between technical expertise and relationship building. You must be an independent thinker who isn’t afraid to explore the data and find new stories to tell. This role will require you to be detail oriented as your work will lead to business decision that can have far reaching implications.
