Using business analysis tools, Power BI, and emerging GenAI capabilities, the Data & Insights Analyst will connect disparate systems to deliver actionable insights and predictive modelling.

The focus is on labour optimisation, price realisation, and ensuring the business is capitalising on every opportunity in the market.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BA toolsIntegrate data from multiple systems to create a unified view of business performanceSupport financial and operational teams with insights that drive labour and pricing efficiencyBuild predictive models to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesCollaborate with stakeholders across the SSS business to understand data needs and decision-making driversExplore and apply GenAI tools to enhance analytical capabilities and reporting speedSkills & ExperienceProven experience in a commercial environment, with a strong understanding of revenue-focused decision makingProficiency in Power BI and business analysis toolingAbility to work with complex datasets and disparate systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in predictive modellingFinancial literacy and comfort working within a finance-led reporting structureFamiliarity with GenAI concepts and a willingness to explore emerging technologiesHow to ApplyApply with your CV and cover letter.
