The team produce regular data and statistics products for internal and external customers and are responsible for collecting, managing and stewarding the data that HUD needs.Mo te tunga | About the roleWe are looking for an analyst who loves getting their hands dirty with data; solving problems and communicating insights through data and visualisations.Working closely with the other analysts in the team you will : Produce regular data and Statistics such as the Housing DashboardWork with colleagues across Te Tuapapa Kura Kainga, Minister's offices and other government departments to help them find the data and evidence they needManage and curate consistent, high-quality data and productsDevelop new tools and products to increase accessibility and understanding of data and evidenceThe salary range for these roles is $73,946-$90,378O wheako, o pukenga | About youFor this role, we are seeking someone who is at home with data, who can work with customers to understand their needs and deliver the right solution.
You will understand and communicate the limitations of data and analysis, and can understand sources and systems to use the right data to answer the question.You will be a self-starter, with the ability to plan, prioritise and cut through to the urgent and important to achieve a good balance between time and quality.
