Do you have a career in process? Are you passionate about designing and documenting business processes, in this role you will be an architect of clarity! You will work across all levels of the bank to capture, structure business processes and overlay controls. What you’ll do

As an experienced process design and documentation specialist, you will be a key enabler of efficient, compliant and resilient processes that drive operational excellence across the bank. Collaborate with an exceptional team of peers, Business SMEs, Transformation Leads, and Business Analysts to design and implement high-value and impactful processes. What you’ll do :

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to discover, design, document and optimise business processes that enhance customer experiences, play your part in driving operational efficiency and strengthen compliance efficacy.
• Balance risk, cost efficiency, and operational performance, ensuring scalable, sustainable, and effective process solutions.
• Partner with Risk teams to define robust approaches to compliance and ensure control overlays are designed effectively in process information.
• Champion process architecture and standards empowering teams to embrace best practices.
