Salary : $109,697 - $136,512

About the role

As the Change and Transition Manager , you’ll design and lead change and transition processes across the programme — ensuring our people, partners and stakeholders are supported through transformation.

You’ll use your change management expertise to :

  • Develop and deliver fit-for-purpose change and transition plans
  • Work collaboratively across business areas to ensure change initiatives are well designed and successfully embedded
  • Provide strategic advice on business improvement and change delivery
  • Partner with leaders to help teams understand, prepare for and adapt to change
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with leaders, staff, and external stakeholders to support programme objectives and effective communication.

You’ll be a key connector between the programme and the business, ensuring change is well understood, effectively managed, and delivers sustainable benefits.

What we’re looking for

  • Prior experience in developing and implementing organisational change strategies in complex environments
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills , with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
  • A strong knowledge of change management principles and frameworks and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable plans
  • Experience working within or alongside the public sector and an understanding of government processes
