About the role

As the Change and Transition Manager , you’ll design and lead change and transition processes across the programme — ensuring our people, partners and stakeholders are supported through transformation.

You’ll use your change management expertise to :

Develop and deliver fit-for-purpose change and transition plans
Work collaboratively across business areas to ensure change initiatives are well designed and successfully embedded
Provide strategic advice on business improvement and change delivery
Partner with leaders to help teams understand, prepare for and adapt to change
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with leaders, staff, and external stakeholders to support programme objectives and effective communication.

You’ll be a key connector between the programme and the business, ensuring change is well understood, effectively managed, and delivers sustainable benefits.

What we’re looking for

Prior experience in developing and implementing organisational change strategies in complex environments

Strong relationship management and influencing skills , with the ability to engage effectively at all levels

A strong knowledge of change management principles and frameworks and methodologies

Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable plans

Experience working within or alongside the public sector and an understanding of government processes
