Responsibilities include managing capitalisation transactions, performing data entry, handling write-offs, and generating regular reports.As a Project Analyst you will provide general support to the Capital Investments team, interacting with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.Salary range : $74,015 - $89,547 per annum + 3% Kiwisaver.
The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.About you | Mohou akeYou will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a similar business discipline and experience in an asset / capital intensive organisation, ideally in the construction industry.You will also offer : Effective communication and relationship management skillsExperience in a high volume data entry environmentExperience of working with multiple data sources and systems to compile and generate regular reportsThe ability to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles / can get messages across with the desired effect.Advanced Excel skillsExperience in systems management.Knowledge of project, assets and capital expenditure accountingProven public sector or a large corporate accounting experienceExperience with managing accounting processes related to fixed assets and capital expenditureThe ability and willingness to adhere to the Public Service Standards of Integrity and Conduct.About our group and team | Matau ropu akeThe Capital Investments Team is part of Finance in Te Pou Rangatopu|Corporate.
