Resync Consulting Limited is seeking a skilled Test Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to join our team working on projects within a government agency.

You will play a key role in executing testing processes, collaborating with a small QA team, and ensuring high-quality, compliant solutions for public sector systems.

Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members will contribute to the success of critical government projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionality, performance, and compliance of government systems.

Analyze requirements and create detailed test plans, scripts, and reports.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and government stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.

Contribute to a small, high-performing QA team, sharing insights and best practices.

Required Skills :

3+ years of experience as a Test Analyst, with proficiency in test case design and execution.

Strong communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
