Salary : $115,585 to $138,028 + KiwiSaver
You must be able to meet MBIE's Privileged Access requirements to hold this role. We seek a Senior Business Analyst who will be working as part of the Technical Optimisation Stream of the ADEPT Immigration system.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Skilled in troubleshooting, integration analysis, and solution option assessments
Strong communicator who can bridge technical and business language
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform tools
Exposure to Agile practices

5+ years' experience as an IT Analyst - a breadth and depth of experience as outlined in the Job Description - which can take time to accrue.
A curious mind and a desire to learn about technical and business innovations and how they may be applied to the MBIE environment.
The ability to quickly establish and build strong working relationships and develop trust, credibility, buy-in and collaboration with managers, staff, vendors and other stakeholders.
Pre-requisites
A relevant tertiary or professional qualification, or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.
You must have at least a New Zealand Permanent Resident class visa due to the security requirements of this role.
