What You’ll Do

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of new and enhanced technology solutions, supporting day‑to‑day operations and driving strategic change.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with Auckland Transport’s vision and business objectives.
• Coach, mentor, and empower a dynamic team, fostering a culture of innovation, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior managers, stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers to deliver optimal service and successful project outcomes.
• Champion best practice in financial management, procurement, risk management, and health & safety.
• Ensure robust reporting and project confidence for the Executive Leadership Team.
