About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team, ensuring our customers receive their packaged cement products on time, every time.
In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for customer orders — accurately entering data into our eZyBag system, coordinating with transport providers, and keeping our customers informed throughout the process.
You'll play a vital part in maintaining continuity of supply and exceptional customer service, supporting Holcim's goal of delivering New Zealand's most efficient and reliable supply chain for packaged cementitious products.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll need to think on your feet, adapt to changing situations, and work collaboratively to find solutions that keep our customers satisfied.
Key Responsibilities :
Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with transport providers to ensure on-time deliveries.
Negotiate alternative delivery times where needed, maintaining a positive customer experience.
Accurately record sales, stock transfers, and purchases in SAP.
Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and visibility.
Provide regular operational performance reports, including KPIs.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team and wider supply chain.
About You :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills with confidence using MS Office or Google Suite.
The ability to learn and navigate multiple systems with ease.

The ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
