Working in the heart of Auckland CBD, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries and ensuring our parkers needs are met efficiently and effectively.
This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your customer service skills and contribute to the success of our growing company.
Responsibilities
Answering queries from customers and clients in a friendly, professional manner
Responding to customer enquiries, complaints and requests in a timely and effective way
Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a positive experience
Resolving customer issues and concerns, escalating complex matters to team leads as required
Patrolling car parks to ensure they meet health and safety objectives and that parkers are parking within the stipulated rules
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the parking or service industries
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes
Proficiency in using and learning new technology
A team player with a positive, adaptable attitude and a genuine passion for customer service
You will also need a full driver's license as you will need to travel around Auckland from time to time
Start date for this position : mid-November.
