The Director of Sport plays a pivotal role in ensuring that sport at Saint Kentigern is both inclusive and aspirational - celebrating broad participation while enabling pathways for high performance.This senior leadership position works collaboratively with the Head of Faculty – PE & Health, Head of Faculty – Creative Arts, and Director of Performing Arts, forming a dynamic leadership team within the Physical and Creative Learning portfolio.

Together, this team ensures that sport, the arts, and creative learning are central to the holistic education of our students.Key responsibilities include : Leading the operational management and delivery of sport across Years 7–13, aligned with the College's vision and values.Championing wide student participation while promoting pathways for sporting excellence at regional and national levels.Overseeing programme design, coaching frameworks, events, and competitions that foster inclusion, achievement, and pride.Building strong partnerships with students, families, alumni, and regional / national sporting organisations.Recruiting, developing, and inspiring staff and coaches to deliver high-quality experiences.Managing facilities, resources, and budgets to ensure sustainable and impactful programmes.About you : You will be an inspiring and values-driven leader who believes in the power of sport to transform lives.
