We now have fixed term contract (8months) for a Maori Outcomes Advisor to help embed Te Ao Maori into urban development projects and ensure our mahi delivers meaningful outcomes for Mana Whenua and Matawaka communities.This is a pivotal role supporting authentic engagement with iwi partners and Maori stakeholders across a range of urban disciplines including property, urban design, community engagement, sustainability, and placemaking.

You're confident engaging with iwi and Maori communities, and you understand the importance of building trust through whakawhanaungatanga and manaakitanga.Ideally you may come from a background in urban development, planning, engagement, or policy but what matters most is your commitment to Maori outcomes and your ability to navigate both iwi and tauiwi spaces with integrity and empathy.
