We're looking for a dynamic Manager, Go-to-Market (Maori Sector) to join our team.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Go to Market and Senior Managers to establish and sustain a high-performing Go to Market function, with a focus on delivering value to Maori customers and communities.
Responsibilities
Drive the development of new propositions and lead the delivery through strong project management capability to deliver value to Maori Business Banking customers.
Build productive relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
Ensure our offerings reflect Te Ao Maori values and the needs of Maori customers—from idea to market launch.
Contribute to prioritising our pipeline of Go-To-Market initiatives, considering customer outcomes and business needs.
Location
Ideally this role is based in ASB's North Wharf building in Auckland, however we are open to candidates from the Bay of Plenty, as our Kaihautù Maori is based in Tauranga Moana.
What you will bring
Confidence to create momentum for new ideas and help bring them to life in a corporate environment.
The ability to ask smart questions, listen critically, and build creative solutions.
Readiness to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.
Willingness and confidence to deliver under pressure.
3 years' experience in strategy, product, marketing, or similar.
Proven ability to execute and deliver results.
An understanding of the Maori world view and the Maori economy (desired).
