Regional Training Manager -Auckland North
We are looking for a Regional Training Manager(RTM)for each of our five regions.
Thefive regions are Auckland North, Auckland South, Central North Island, LowerNorth & UpperSouthand the Southern region.
This is a key role in ensuring the Electoral Commission meets its quality assurance goals.
You will support the Regional Manager and Regional Advisors byproviding oversightof all training activity across the region andassistingwith the delivery ofthattraining to Electorate Managers, Recruitment & Rostering Managersand / or Logistic and Supplies Managersas well asdelivering the trainingcomponentat regional meetings.You willassistwiththeselectionof AreaandElectorateTrainers.You willtrainArea Trainersandassistwiththe development of their training schedules.You will also assessthemwhile they conduct their training sessions to ensure training standards are met, as well as assess that Electorate Trainersunderstand thetraining they receive.You will alsoassistthe Regional Advisorinpreparingthepost-election training schedule anddelivering thePost Election training whereappropriate.
Some travel around the Region and totheNational Office in Wellington will berequired.

This is a casual role 20 hours per week.

You will havepreviouselections and training deliveryexperience,andyouwill be able todemonstratepreviousexperience :
in thepreparationand deliveryof training,andapplication ofnationally prescribed training strategies and material
delivering training to a broad audience
deliveringtrainingwitha disciplined and systematic approach withina specifiedtimeframe
withtraining deliverytechnology e.g.audio-visual equipment,mobile phones
