Vinnies Wellington is excited to be growing in Porirua with our brand-new Central Porirua Community op shop – and we're now looking for a motivated Weekend Assistant Manager to join the team!

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for running the store on Saturdays and Sundays, ensuring everything aligns with the Shop Manager's vision for a successful, community-focused store.

What we're looking for

Retail experience, ideally with key-holder or leadership responsibilities

Confidence in managing a shop independently on weekends

A strong belief in the Vinnies mission and a passion for helping others

Someone who thrives in a people-focused environment

Confidence leading a diverse group of volunteers
